Warranty Declaration

Standard Warranty:

The warranty period start from the customers purchase from retailers. Retailers do remember to get the certificate from the QNO maintain department and shipping certificate for correct the warranty period if the time does not reach the standard warranty period.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:
  1. Products warranty period based on the purchase date which fill in by retailers or QNO database.
  2. During the warranty period, all the service will be free provided by QNO but except the followings:
    1. Without follow the instruction manual to cause damage.
    2. Consumable parts NOT within the standard warranty
    3. Any damage cause “Product Order Warranty Sticker” un-recognize warranty period. Re-stick and fake “Product Order Warranty Sticker” are not accepted as well.
    4. The damage is caused due to falling, sinking, damped, corroding, foreign matter intruding and missing spare parts.
    5. The damage or breakdown is caused by natural disasters or irresistible force.
    6. The damage or breakdown is caused since repair by oneself, re- fabricate and non original company maintenance
    7. Lost warranty and disaccord the original data.
New products changing conditions:

Starting from the shipping day, in the regulation period, the damage is caused by products operation original, not in users miss control using. Please follow the New Products Changing Conditions Rule. (For general customers)

  1. Having purchase date certificate from retailer or online register in QNO website database is necessary in the new products defectiveness warranty.
  2. QNO provide “new products defectiveness warranty”, the period is in 7 days with shipping certificate. all the conditions will be free provided by QNO but except the followings:
    1. Without address in oral, letter or change goods in 7 days with shipping certificate. (the new products defectiveness warranty)
    2. Consumable parts are not included in the warranty terms.
    3. Any damage cause “Product Order Warranty Sticker” un-recognize warranty period. Re-stick and fake “Product Order Warranty Sticker” are not accepted as well.
    4. The damage is caused due to falling, sinking, damped, corroding, foreign matter intruding and missing spare parts.
    5. The damage or breakdown is caused by natural disasters or irresistible force.
    6. The damage or breakdown is caused since repair by oneself, re- fabricate and non original company maintenance
    7. The accessories incomplete and package soiled. ( Including all the packing material and accessories)
Attention Points (for general customers)
  1. Remark:
    • Over the warranty one year, start from second year, users need to pay the material fee, repair fee and delivery fee.
    • Same function substitute will be provided once the products shortage.
  2. Change condition for defective new product
    • Changing period must during the period. (In seven days with shipping certificate)
    • Original package with all accessories. (Including all the packing material and accessories)
    • Without any damage on apparel
    • The changing will be effective after the testing to decide it is breakdown or flaw.

New products changing conditions will be not accept once does not meet all upon conditions, QNO will repair products instead of changing.

Warranty Card Usage: Please keep the warranty card properly as evidence while maintenance service. The warranty card will not be reissued if it’s lost or damaged.

Maintenance Procedure:
  1. Prepare the warranty card with the receipt or invoice and take the product to the purchase place. Qno distributors will provide warranty service. Delivery fee should be paid by customers to the nearest maintain location during the warranty period.
  2. Directly contact Qno Technology Inc. to get the warranty service.

Award
