(3) Defamation or slander of a third party or Qno. (9) Any other activity that violates the law. 9.Limited Liability Qno shall not take any responsibility for any direct, indirect, accidental, special and continuant losses which may be incurred by the improper use of website services, online shopping or services, on-line transactions, the illegal use of website services or the members’ information. 10.Website Linking Agreement You may be linked to websites other than the Qno website when surfing the Qno website. Qno shall take no responsibility for websites other than the Qno website. 11.Related Laws Without the website agreement you cannot sell, rent, publicly display, distribute, make available for public use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, trade, resell or exploit the Website for any commercial or professional purposes.
